Letting and management of the villas is well organized!

If you wish you can use your villa on Vieille Vigne just by yourself. But, during time you are not in Les Forges, letting can be an interesting opportunity. By letting the villa you can enjoy your property for free and in future even get a good return on your investment. Therefore you must enter in a lease contract with SARL Euroase Ménigoute, owner of the golf course and in charge of letting and management of the villas..

*Letting is not a must. If you do not want to let your villa we suggest entering in at least a management contract with Euroase.

*If you decide to let your villa it is only possible for a period of 26 weeks minimum. This period is to decide in consultation between you and Euroase.

*TVA (19,6%) can be reclaimed from the French tax authorities after entering in a lease contract with Euroase (TVA paid on the property and the furniture).
